Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence across Bihar, and ensuring achievement of sales targets through effective planning, execution, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for the Bihar region
Lead, train, and motivate sales executives and field staff
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Expand dealer, distributor, and customer networks
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Plan and execute field sales activities and promotional campaigns
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Build strong relationships with key clients and channel partners
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams
Eligibility & Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Experience:
4–8 years of experience in sales
Minimum 1–3 years in a team-handling / managerial role
Prior experience in Bihar market is highly preferred
Required Skills
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Market knowledge of Bihar (urban & rural)
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
Willingness to travel extensively within Bihar
Work Conditions
