Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive lead generation, and support sales growth across the Delhi/NCR market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns (online & offline)
Manage brand positioning and communication
Plan and execute digital, print, outdoor, and event marketing activities
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversions
Manage marketing budgets and campaign ROI
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
Oversee content creation, promotions, and ATL/BTL activities
Eligibility & Qualifications
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in marketing roles (industry dependent)
Experience handling Delhi / NCR market is an advantage
Required Skills
Strong strategic and execution skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Knowledge of digital marketing & traditional marketing channels
Budgeting and vendor management skills
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
Work Conditions
Full-time, office-based role – Delhi / NCR
5–6 day work week
