Web Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end and/or back-end development skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain websites and web applications.

Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Develop responsive and user-friendly UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Work with front-end frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).

Develop and integrate back-end services and APIs.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers.

Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.

Debug and resolve technical issues across browsers and devices.

Ensure website security and data protection.

Maintain version control using Git.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1–5 years of experience in web development (adjustable).

Technical Skills

Front-End:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Responsive design (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)

Back-End (any one or more):

Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or .NET

RESTful APIs and database integration

Databases:

MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Tools & Platforms:

Git / GitHub / GitLab

CI/CD pipelines (basic knowledge preferred)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus)

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)

Knowledge of SEO best practices

Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
