Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites for our Delhi-based team. The candidate should have a strong design sense and the ability to convert concepts into engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop website layouts, UI elements, and visual assets.
Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Collaborate with developers, content writers, and marketing teams.
Translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
Design landing pages, banners, and website graphics.
Ensure consistency of branding, colors, fonts, and style guidelines.
Optimize designs for usability, performance, and accessibility.
Update and maintain existing websites and design assets.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (preferred).
1–5 years of experience as a Web Designer (flexible based on requirement).
Experience working with clients or internal stakeholders.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or Figma.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript (preferred).
Experience with responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind).
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
Soft Skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Team player with problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SEO-friendly design practices.
Experience with animation tools or motion graphics.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
