Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations for projects in Hyderabad. The role involves managing site execution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.

Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP teams, consultants, and contractors.

Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower, machinery, and materials.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Maintain quality control and conduct regular site inspections.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, labor laws, and statutory regulations.

Liaise with local authorities and consultants as required.

Review and certify subcontractor bills and measurements.

Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation.

Resolve on-site technical and operational issues promptly.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

5–12 years of relevant experience in managing construction sites.

Prior experience with projects in Hyderabad preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and construction methods.

Familiarity with IS codes, safety norms, and local building regulations.

Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and basic AutoCAD.

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in high-rise buildings, villas, commercial projects, or infrastructure works.

Exposure to handling multiple contractors and large workforces.
