Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will plan sales activities, manage a team, grow revenue, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team in Kolkata
Set sales targets and ensure they are achieved
Develop and implement sales strategies
Find new customers and maintain existing clients
Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports
Train, guide, and motivate the sales team
Work closely with marketing and management teams
Handle key client negotiations and closures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of the Kolkata market
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Experience
4–8 years of experience in sales
At least 2 years in a managerial role preferred
