Job Summary

The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, high-performance websites and web applications. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain websites and web applications using modern technologies

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices

Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, user-friendly web interfaces

Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability

Integrate APIs and third-party services

Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting across browsers and devices

Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless data flow and functionality

Maintain code documentation and version control repositories

Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies

Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Experience with frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar)

Knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

Familiarity with Git and version control systems

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

3 years of hands-on experience in web development

Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) is a plus

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web security best practices

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage
