Job Summary

The Marketing Head will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, market expansion, and revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership capability, and hands-on execution to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, especially across regional and national markets.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals

Lead and manage the marketing team across digital, offline, and brand initiatives

Drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and conversion strategies

Strengthen brand positioning through campaigns, PR, and communication activities

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity

Plan and manage marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and performance metrics

Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to support revenue growth

Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and content

Manage agency partners, vendors, and marketing service providers

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and regional forums

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong strategic and analytical marketing skills

Proven leadership and team management experience

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management

Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of marketing analytics

Ability to adapt strategies for regional markets and customer segments

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, including leadership positions

Experience in regional market expansion or multi-location marketing

Exposure to B2B, B2C, or mixed marketing environments (as applicable)

MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred
