Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and providing exceptional customer service across the store. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting products, and contributing to overall store performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
Promote products and services to customers effectively.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Provide product information, guidance, and assistance to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
3. Store Operations Support
Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Support inventory checks and stock replenishment.
Coordinate with Store Managers for smooth daily operations.
4. Reporting & Feedback
Maintain records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
Provide feedback to Store Manager on customer preferences and trends.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Customer-focused with a persuasive sales approach
✅ Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals
✅ Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Excel)
Preferred Skills
Experience in apparel, FMCG, electronics, or lifestyle retail
Knowledge of product promotions and merchandising techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-store environment
