Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting products or services, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach prospective customers
Promote and sell company products/services
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
Follow up on leads and close sales deals
Handle customer queries and post-sales support
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Prepare sales reports and market feedback
Eligibility & Qualifications
Education: 10+2 / Any Graduate
Experience:
Freshers or 0–3 years of experience in sales / marketing
Languages:
Good communication skills in English
Regional language proficiency preferred
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Persuasion and relationship-building abilities
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
Willingness to travel (for field sales roles)
Work Conditions
Office / field-based role (depending on business)
5–6 day work week
Day shifts (usually)
