Job Summary
The Telecaller is responsible for making inbound and/or outbound calls to customers, providing information about products or services, resolving queries, and maintaining a positive customer experience while meeting call quality and productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers or handle inbound calls
Explain products, services, offers, or collect required information
Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
Follow call scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines
Meet daily call targets and quality standards
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required
Eligibility & Qualifications
Education: 10+2 / Any Graduate
Experience:
Freshers or 0–2 years of telecalling / customer support experience
Languages Required:
Bengali (mandatory)
Basic English / Hindi (preferred)
Required Skills
Clear communication and convincing skills
Active listening and customer handling ability
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Work Conditions
Work from office – Kolkata
Day shift / rotational shifts (process dependent)
6-day or 5-day working (as per company policy)
