Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
Job Summary

The Web Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website designs that align with brand guidelines and business goals. The role requires a strong sense of design aesthetics, usability principles, and collaboration with developers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging and responsive website layouts and user interfaces

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web pages and applications

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, color schemes, and UI elements

Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance

Design landing pages, banners, icons, and other digital assets

Revise designs based on feedback from clients, users, or internal teams

Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (for design implementation support)

Experience with cross-browser and cross-device design compatibility

Strong creativity with attention to detail

Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

3 years of hands-on experience in web or UI design

Experience designing for CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus

Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) is an advantage

Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions is a bonus
