Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, generate quality leads, and drive business growth. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and performance analysis across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display ads

Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimize for ROI

Drive lead generation and conversion-focused marketing initiatives

Oversee content strategy for websites, blogs, and social media platforms

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and marketing dashboards

Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing objectives

Manage marketing budgets, vendor coordination, and agency partnerships

Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization strategies

Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

4+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles

Experience in B2B or B2C digital campaigns (as applicable)

Certification in Google Ads, Digital Marketing, or Analytics is a plus

Exposure to CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Lead generation volume and quality

Cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS)

Website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates

Campaign performance and optimization outcomes
