Job Summary

The Senior Telecaller is responsible for handling high-value customer interactions, generating quality leads, closing sales through calls, and supporting junior telecallers. This role requires strong communication, sales expertise, and the ability to handle escalations and targets independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Calling & Sales Conversion

Handle outbound and inbound calls with potential and existing customers.

Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.

Handle escalated customer issues professionally.

3. Lead Management & Follow-ups

Manage high-quality leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain accurate call records, leads, and conversion data in CRM systems.

Provide feedback on lead quality and customer trends.

4. Team Support & Mentoring

Guide and support junior telecallers to improve call quality and conversions.

Share best practices, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.

Assist team leads in training new joiners.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily and weekly call and sales reports.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Support campaigns, promotions, and special calling drives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Telecaller / Senior Telecaller
✅ Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)
✅ Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
✅ Experience using CRM systems and MS Office
✅ Ability to handle targets, pressure, and customer objections

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B / B2C tele-sales

Exposure to handling team targets

Experience in mentoring or training telecallers
