Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager with over 8 years of hands-on experience across multiple aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, managing teams, driving revenue, and maintaining profitability. An MBA in Hotel Management is essential for strategic planning and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the hotel as per brand standards and SOPs
Monitor service quality and guest experience across all departments
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle escalated guest complaints professionally
Implement service improvement initiatives based on guest feedback and reviews
Maintain high service ratings on OTA platforms and review portals
Financial & Revenue Management
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements
Monitor costs, control expenses, and improve operational efficiency
Work closely with sales and revenue teams to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
Team Leadership & HR Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental heads and staff
Oversee recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and staff development
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and disciplinary procedures
Sales, Marketing & Business Development
Support sales and marketing initiatives to increase room sales, banquets, and F&B revenue
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and local partners
Represent the hotel at networking and industry events in Pune
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with local regulations, licenses, and safety standards
Oversee health, hygiene, and fire safety procedures
Conduct regular audits and inspections

8+ years of experience in hotel management with exposure to multiple departments
MBA in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management
Experience working in mid-scale to luxury hotels preferred
Willingness to work flexible hours as per operational needs
Strong understanding of the Pune hospitality market is an advantage
