Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to assist in the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems. The role involves supporting projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Technical Support

Assist in preparing electrical designs, layouts, and schematics.

Support selection and specification of electrical equipment and systems.

Collaborate with project teams and consultants for technical solutions.

2. Project Execution & Supervision

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Ensure work is completed as per specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth operations.

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Support preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.

Diagnose electrical faults and provide effective solutions.

Ensure minimal downtime of equipment and systems.

4. Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and statutory standards.

Conduct inspections and safety audits on-site.

Promote a safe working environment and adherence to company safety protocols.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare technical reports, site progress reports, and project documentation.

Maintain records of electrical installations, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Support cost estimation and procurement documentation for electrical works.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
✅ 1–3 years of experience in electrical design, installation, or maintenance
✅ Knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and equipment
✅ Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar)
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
✅ Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Skills

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction projects

Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)

Familiarity with quality control, electrical testing, and commissioning

Exposure to PLCs, motors, switchgear, and transformers
