Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and machinery. The role involves supporting project execution, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Technical Support

Assist in preparing mechanical designs, drawings, and layouts using CAD software.

Support equipment selection, sizing, and specification as per project requirements.

Collaborate with project teams, architects, and consultants on technical solutions.

2. Project Execution & Supervision

Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.

Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely completion.

Conduct site inspections and report on progress, issues, and corrective actions.

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical systems.

Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions.

Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

4. Quality & Safety Compliance

Ensure adherence to mechanical standards, codes, and safety regulations.

Conduct quality checks and inspections on equipment and installations.

Promote a safe working environment and compliance with statutory requirements.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.

Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and site activities.

Support project cost estimation and material procurement documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
✅ 1–3 years of experience in mechanical design, maintenance, or project execution
✅ Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
✅ Knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and HVAC/Piping (if applicable)
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction projects

Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)

Familiarity with quality control and inspection standards

Exposure to installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance
