Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth in the Hyderabad region by leading the sales team, developing market strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for the Hyderabad market
Lead, coach, and motivate sales executives and field teams
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
Eligibility & Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Experience:
4–8 years of sales experience
Minimum 1–3 years in a team-handling or managerial role
Experience in Hyderabad/Telangana market is an advantage
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
Willingness to travel within Hyderabad/Telangana
Work Conditions
Field-based / office-based (as per business model)
5–6 day work week
