The Platform may only be used for lawful recruitment, job search, and professional engagement. Users must not post misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or unlawful content.

5. User Content

Users are solely responsible for content they upload, including profiles, resumes, portfolios, and job postings. By submitting content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and distribute such content for platform operations.

6. Freelance, Internship & Student Engagement Disclaimer

The Platform does not guarantee:

  • Job placement, internship confirmation, or freelance contracts

  • Payments, work quality, or conduct of any user

All engagements, compensation, duration, and terms are agreed directly between users.

7. Payments & No-Refund Policy

Certain services may require payment. All payments made on the Platform are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to subscription fees, listing fees, or promotional services. The Platform is not responsible for disputes arising from user transactions. Get in touch with your bank if any such payment issue arises.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data only for platform functionality, communication, verification, and service improvement. User data is handled securely and will not be sold to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, design, and software are the exclusive property of the Platform or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
